## No extra steps for your team

### 1. Make a call or text

Your team uses the same phone numbers and sender IDs as always.

### 2. We’re told who your team contacts

Aircall, Dialpad and RingCentral do this automatically, and any other system can use our API.

### 3. If they’re on Check Twice, they’re notified

It says who’s calling and that it’s genuine. Scammers can’t replicate this.

## Private calls that can’t be faked

### Who you call is never stored

We never keep the phone numbers your team calls. You choose how long we keep a note of who was notified.

### No one can pretend to be you

Even if scammers fake your phone number, the notification still won’t be sent. Only your own systems can send one.

### We never sell your data

Nothing about your calls or customers is sold, not even after being anonymised. We never use it for advertising either.

## Common organisation questions

### How much does Check Twice cost?

You pay for how many of your team can call or text at the same time. Nothing per call or text.

### Do our customers need to do anything?

Just have Check Twice on their phone. They don’t need to have you saved as a contact.

### What if someone isn’t on Check Twice?

Your call or text reaches them as it always does, just without a notification in Check Twice.

### Do we need a developer?

Usually not. An admin connects most phone systems without writing any code. Only our API needs a developer.

### What if we use a different phone system?

Twilio, SignalWire, Telnyx and any system that can send a webhook as each call starts can connect. Microsoft Teams Phone and Google Voice can’t.

### Can we call with our phone number withheld?

Yes. Add withheld calls to your organisation and people are still told the call is genuine.

### Can we show our logo?

Yes. Upload a square logo and people see it at the top when they open the notification.

### Can several people manage our organisation?

Yes. Invite as many admins as you need. Each one signs in with Check Twice on their own phone.

### Where is Check Twice available?

Organisations in the UK, the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand can sign up.
